There are two easy ways to make your Levi.com return:
- Return by mail: Use the prepaid FedEx shipping label included with your order, or contact customer service at 1.800.872.5384 to request a replacement return shipping label.
Put the item(s) and packing slip in the original shipping package (or packaging of your choice). Attach the prepaid label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any FedEx drop-off location or at a participating Walgreen’s or Nordstrom location. You will be notified via email when your return package is in transit and your refund has been processed. (Using the prepaid label deducts $7.50 from your refund amount.)
- Return in-store: Bring the item(s) you wish to return, along with the original packing slip, shipping confirmation email, or online purchase receipt, to any Levi's® Retail Store or Levi's® Outlet Store. Items returned without a receipt are eligible for store credit only. Find a Levi's® Retail Store near you.

- Items purchased on Levi.com can be returned by mail or to a Levi's® Retail Store or Levi's® Outlet Store. Returns by mail can be dropped off at any FedEx drop-off location or at participating Walgreen’s or Nordstrom locations.
- Items purchased at a Levi's® Retail Store or a Levi's® Outlet Store can be returned to a Levi's® Retail Store or a Levi's® Outlet Store.
- Items purchased at a department store can be returned to the same department store. They cannot be returned by mail or to a Levi's® Retail Store or Levi's® Outlet Store.
- All refunds are made in the original form of payment.
- Shipping and handling costs and gift wrap charges are non-refundable.
- Customized products are not returnable.
*Returns to Nordstrom locations are only currently available in the greater Los Angeles area.
